A dynamic, creative and hands on Operational Manager is needed to contribute actively to the development of international cosmetic brands.

The candidate with at least 5 years experience in the fashion and beauty industry will show a strong leadership as well as a strong track record of solution and strategic thinking skills. In addition, collaboration and communication skills are required with a passion for "Beauty".

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or equivalent area is preferred
• Understand the basic infrastructure of operational job
• Ability to supervisor people at various level
• Excellent managerial and presentation skill
• Good knowledge in retail industry, specifically in FMCG Industry
• Innovative, communicative, has a good personality with strong leadership & negotiation skill
• Strong skill to develop and maintain teamwork
