hether you're just starting your job search or are looking for your dream job, it's easy to find new career ideas. It doesn't matter what your age, many people change careers at different times during their lives. To start getting ideas for a new career, follow the tips below.  ( jobs employment )

   Take into consideration your personality and childhood. What dreams did you have when you were growing up? If you're friendly and outgoing, search for careers where you'll be interacting with people. If you're shy, consider a career with more solitude.

   Start searching job boards like Monster and CareerBuilder to find new careers. Take a look at jobs in categories you do not usually search.

   Volunteer or find internships for companies that sound interesting. Get an inside view and watch what people are doing to find a position that may interest you.

   Check out the career center of your local community college or university for new career ideas. Most career centers in colleges have a library of job descriptions and required education and training.

   If you have a bachelor's degree and want to teach, check out alternative certification for new career ideas. Training is done while you're actually teaching. Contact the school, schools, district or districts where you want to teach and find out if they're hiring. Getting certified while you teach takes about three to four years.    Even if you don't have any financial background but have any kind of four-year degree with at least 30 semester hours in accounting, become an Internal Revenue Service officer or tax collector.    Get information about medical coding to find a new career. Medical coder training can be finished within one year. Many people can finish the training in nine months.
