PANEL HOSPITAL NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR/ADMISSION / CLAIM /CALL CENTER (Night Shift)
PANEL HOSPITAL NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (Manager)
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Recruiting hospital and Clinics as panel providers.
- Prepare document of appointment for panel providers.
- Assist in claims review management and review.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Effective negotiation skills
- Working experience in TPA organization at managerial level is essential.
- Working experience in Insurance Company’s Claims Department is an advantage.
- Able to speak and write in English.
ADMISSION (Manager and Executives)
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Primarily an in-house administrative function focusing on issuing ofGuarantee Letter to facilitate patient admission and processing of “cashless” medical insurance claims.
- Liaison with hospital admission department, insurance companies and policyholder.
- Ensure claims comply with Terms and Conditions of insurance policy.
- Ensure hospital charges are reasonable and customary.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline
- Good listener with effective communication skills
- Working experience in TPA company in the areas Claims administration is essential.
- Working experience in Insurance Claims Department is an advantage.
- Able to speak and write in English.
CLAIM (Manager and Executive)
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Processing “pay and file” medical insurance claims
- Liaison with insurance companies and policyholders
- Ensure claims comply with terms and conditions of insurance policy
- Ensure claims are paid based on reasonable and customary charges.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline
- Good listener with effective communication skills
- Working experience in TPA operations in the areas Claims administration is essential.
- Working experience in Insurance Claims Department is an advantage.
- Able to speak and write in English.
CALL CENTER (Executive Night Shift)
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Primarily to carry out night duty at the Call Centre handling customers’ inquiry, issuing guarantee letter to facilitate patient’s admission and discharge to and from hospitals.
- Liaison with hospital admission department, insurance companies and policyholders
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline
- Good listener with effective communication skills
- Preferably with relevant working experience in TPA operations.
- Able to speak and write in English.
