We are an International Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company located at Cikarang is looking for :

PURCHASING OFFICER 

 

Qualifications :

• Male / Female, Age max 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Economy / Accounting / SAA (preferred)
• Have Minimum 2 years work experience as Purchasing (Knowing about Import is preferable)
• Able to operate computer (MS. Excel, MS Word)
• Able to speak in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Able to work alone (independent) and team
• Honest, accurate and have a good personality

Key activities :

Prepare all the needs on time with competitive prices for Raw Material and Packaging Material (which already approved QC), and general purposes in accordance with the Order Requisition.

Responsibilities :

• Opening Purchase Order (PO) based Material Requirement Sheet (MRS) from PPIC staff for packaging materials and raw materials (local and international).
• Contact suppliers for price comparison, Negotiation price before Purchase Order
• Carry out general purchases for :
  • Technics
  • Packaging
  • QC
  • Production

• Monitor supplier delivery time.
• Making a report of outstanding PO per month.
• Preparing import PO
• Prepare import documents to the forwarding (via fax).
• Monitor the arrival of imports and communicated with forwader (Sea or Airfreight).
• Looking for an alternative supply of Raw Material and Packaging Material, then sent sample to QC, to be implemented for inspection and approval.
• Create a report receiving goods from general purchase
