HR/GA Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handling HR administrative (prepare employee matters announcement, calculating overtime, operational services, recruitment and other related parties)
• HR Filling and documentation requirements
• Take care absence of team members
• Provide logistics & purchase
• Take care maintenance computer
• Maintain domain & hosting payment/ year
• Correspondence with other vendors
• Report to the management as to progress, challenge, and approval
• Able to work in team

Requirements:

• Female
• Minimum of  Diploma degree from any major
• Minimum experience 2 years in HR/GA position
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting software
• Proactive, detail, and concern with accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
